Every photograph tells a story. A birthday, a wedding, a graduation, a quiet everyday moment — the kind of thing worth holding onto long after the day itself is gone. That's what we've been helping people do since 1981.

We started as a single photo shop under the name Colo Photo Shop. More than four decades later, that single shop has grown into the Colo Group — a family of six companies spanning retail, distribution, broadcast solutions, printing, import, and professional photography. But the reason we started hasn't changed: we believe your memories deserve to be treated with care, and printed with quality.

Who We Are Today

The Colo Group is built around six businesses, each serving a different part of the imaging world:

We operate 18 retail shops and 11 wholesale hubs across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Valsad — including Borivali, Dadar, Churchgate, Ghatkopar, Mulund, CST, Vashi, Dombivali, Matunga, Thane, Ulhasnagar, and Navsari, among others. We also run exclusive Nikon Experience Zone stores at two of Mumbai's most prominent locations — Dadar and Borivali — for photographers who want the full brand experience.

Beyond our own stores, we work alongside a network of over 20,000 studios, digital labs, and professional photographers across the country who rely on us as part of their everyday workflow.

What We Do

At the retail level, we help everyday customers turn their photos into something lasting — mugs, t-shirts, caps, key chains, photo frames, canvas prints, photo books, calendars, and greeting cards. We print on fabric, ceramic, glass, wood, acrylic, and metal. We design and print brochures, catalogues, diaries, and ID cards for schools, colleges, and offices. We shoot weddings, corporate events, and garment catalogues with professional models and studio-grade equipment. And onsite, we bring instant mug and photo printing to birthdays and celebrations, so the memory is ready before the party ends.
